Are you interested in having bees and would like to know how to keep them? Than this Backyard Beekeepers for Beginners course is for you.

This 4 hour course is a combination of theory and hands on practice. It includes: life in a beehive, bee health and diseases, hive maintenance throughout the seasons, types of hives, bio-security practices and going into live hives. Lots of time to ask questions. Courses run monthly throughout spring and summer from 12-4. Coffee/tea break halfway through, with a chance to taste some raw pressed honey!
